We offer Free Standard Shipping within Canada on most items.
Depending on your location, especially remote or hard-to-serve regions (e.g., Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Northern rural regions), additional shipping fees may apply. These fees will be shown at checkout before payment.

4.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by item and location. Many products ship directly from our distribution partners, and some items may arrive without retail packaging to reduce waste and cost.

Estimated delivery windows:

Standard Shipping: Typically no longer than 2–5 weeks depending on destination and product type.
These estimates are not guaranteed.

4.3 Risk of Loss

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist with a replacement or resolution as outlined in our Return Policy.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Our Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms. By using our site, you agree to it.

Items eligible for return must be reported within the Return Policy timeframe.
